Characteristics:

 

• The disconnectors ara produced in accordance with TS EN 62271-102: TS EN 60282-1 standards and TEDAŞ specification.

• The disconnectors are used only for opening and closing mid-voltage networks and no-load circuits.

• It has types of 12-17.5-36Kv internal and earth disconnectors to the 1250A(included).

• The disconnectors are three-phase and balanced-to-ground, fused, and fused balance to-ground totally 4 types.

•  The disconnectors can be used in two ways as bottom and top balanced-to-ground. 

• Furthermore mechanical locking system can be applied between main shaft and ground shaft.

• Minimum transresistance is provided by using double edged protected springs for the blades.

• The disconnectors has U profile prepared by curved from the plate the thickness of which is minimum 5 mm approximately and main shaft consisting of 60-angle trims.

• Blades and contacts made of electrolytic copper are silver plate.

• Insulators are used as porcelain for externals and as porcelain or epoxy resin for internals.

• Inert-gas welding is used in all the welding processes in the manufacturing.

• External disconnector chassis are coloured with dip galvanized, internal ones are coloured with dip galvanized or in accordance with TEDAŞ specification.

• Besides, shafts are made of 24 mm hexagonal transmission steel.
